Overview
KAISHEN has 16 years of experience making custom patches, keychains and garment labels from customer artwork, technical drawings, product specifications and physical samples. Each order is checked through design review, process selection, production specification, sampling, approval and bulk manufacturing. The approved sample and production file set the standard for the finished goods.

Custom manufacturing scope
KAISHEN makes thread-based, printed, PVC and decorative patches for garments, bags, footwear, uniforms and branded merchandise.
Custom keychains can use fabric, PVC or mixed materials, with the ring, hook, chain and connecting hardware chosen for the order.
Garment labels include woven, printed and silicone labels, with cutting, folding and sewing structures matched to the final garment use.
Customization options
Each product is confirmed from three practical points: appearance, structure and final use.
Appearance work covers logos, text, colors, dimensions, shapes and surface effects. Structure covers materials, manufacturing process, borders, backing, hardware, folds and sewing configurations.
These details are written into one production specification, so the design, material, attachment method and intended application are handled as one finished product rather than separate loose requirements.

Custom Process

Requirement and design review
The project starts with the product type, artwork or reference sample, intended use, order quantity and attachment method. KAISHEN checks text size, line thickness, color areas, proportions, shape and structural details at this stage. Possible production issues are sorted out before material selection or sampling begins.

Process and material selection
KAISHEN chooses the manufacturing process based on design detail, surface effect, attachment method and end use. Embroidery gives a raised thread finish, woven production keeps finer details clear, sublimation works for gradients and complex graphics, chenille creates a looped texture, and PVC forms flexible dimensional structures. Material selection is done together with the process, so the finished look and construction fit the application.

Production specification confirmation
The production standard is confirmed before sample development. It includes final dimensions, color references, materials, product shape, border treatment, backing structure, hardware, folding method, sewing allowance and order quantity. This gives sampling and bulk production the same manufacturing standard.

Artwork and production file setup
Customer artwork is converted into a production-ready file for the selected process. Text, lines, proportions, color areas, cutting paths, connection points and structural positions are adjusted for manufacturing. The completed file records the approved design and production details used for sampling and bulk production.

Sample development and approval
A physical sample is made from the confirmed artwork, materials, process and product structure. Custom sample development takes 3–5 days after the production specifications are finalized. KAISHEN checks the sample against the design, dimensions, colors, material, surface finish and attachment structure. Any approved revisions are added to the final production file, and the approved sample becomes the reference for bulk manufacturing.

Bulk production and final inspection
Bulk production uses the approved sample, production file and confirmed order specifications as the standard. Finished products receive 100% inspection before packing. The checks cover design, dimensions, colors, surface finish, border, backing, hardware, folding structure and ordered quantity.
Everything You Need to Know
Can you manufacture from an existing physical sample?
Yes. KAISHEN can develop custom products from physical samples, prototypes, technical drawings and reference products. The sample is checked for dimensions, materials, construction, surface effect and attachment method before the new production specification is created.
Can one order include different designs or colors?
Yes. One order may include different colors or models. Each version is confirmed with its own design, specifications, quantity and packing requirements before production starts.
Can you share production progress during bulk manufacturing?
Yes. KAISHEN can provide production photos and videos during manufacturing, showing the actual order status, product details and production progress.
Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. Third-party inspection is accepted before shipment to check product specifications, workmanship, quantity and packing against the confirmed order requirements.
