Customization Capability
PVC patch customization begins with the mold structure. Kaishen prepares the artwork for 2D or 3D molding, then controls Pantone color filling, layer height, raised logo areas, recessed details, molded edge and surface texture during sampling.
The approved proof sets the standard for shape, logo depth and color separation before bulk production. Backing is matched to the product use, including Velcro, sew-on or other attachment methods where the patch needs to stay fixed on apparel, bags, uniforms or outdoor gear.
Where PVC Patches Are Used
PVC patches are often used on outdoor gear, tactical uniforms, sports bags, caps, backpacks, jackets, luggage, workwear and promotional accessories. Their flexible molded surface handles moisture, dirt and repeated handling better than many fabric-based decorative patches.
For brand merchandise and equipment labels, PVC patches give logos a clean raised edge and strong color blocks. They are often used where the patch needs a more durable hand feel, a waterproof surface and a bolder dimensional logo effect.

For PVC patch orders, production moves from artwork preparation to mold proofing, color filling, curing, trimming, backing attachment and final packing. Sample development normally takes about 3-5 days, allowing the mold shape, color layers and logo relief to be checked before bulk production.
Kaishen's garment-accessory production setup handles both sample runs and repeat bulk orders. The production team controls mold, color and backing steps against the approved sample, instead of using the same process standard as embroidered, woven or printed fabric patches.
Quality Control
PVC patch inspection focuses on mold accuracy, dimensional tolerance, Pantone color match, layer height, edge trimming, surface bubbles, overflow marks, flexibility and backing bond. Each batch is checked against the approved sample so the molded logo, color blocks and attachment method stay consistent.
Before packing, dedicated QC staff carry out full inspection and separate pieces with visible defects, weak bonding or deformed edges. Third-party inspection is accepted when the order needs an outside check before shipment.
