Sew-On PVC Patches are flexible molded PVC emblems using a plain back and a dedicated sewing margin or recessed stitch groove. Use details

A 1-1.5 mm recessed sewing groove separates the needle path from the raised logo area. If the patch is stitched to thick uniforms, canvas bags, tactical vests, or workwear, the thread passes through a controlled perimeter and avoids cutting across the molded design layers.

The 1.5-3 mm soft PVC base bends with sleeves, cap crowns, curved bag panels, and flexible gear. With repeated flexing and body movement, the patch follows the textile surface, reducing rigid pressure points and edge lift around the stitched attachment.

Pantone-matched color blocks are molded into a water-resistant PVC face with no exposed yarn. For equipment exposed to rain, dust, mud, or frequent handling, the emblem wipes clean and retains its defined border without the fraying associated with thread-based patches.

Factory checks

Before production, the approved sample is used to check patch dimensions, PVC flexibility, molded detail, sewing margin, edge thickness, and color placement. During production, pieces are checked for incomplete molding, surface bubbles, overflow, irregular sewing channels, rough edges, and uneven backing surfaces. Before packing, final inspection checks trial stitching through the prepared margin, patch flatness, flexibility, and consistency with the approved sample.
