Sample Dimension Verification
The finished sample is measured against the approved width and height before the order moves into bulk production.

Finished Size Check
The sample width, height, border position and overall proportions are checked against the confirmed product specification. The measured result becomes part of the production reference for the order.
- Overall width and height matched to the approved dimensions.
- Border position checked against the finished outline.
- Graphic proportions confirmed within the measured patch size.
Material and Production Consistency

Yarn and Thread References
Numbered color references keep the selected shade connected to the approved sample for embroidered and chenille patch production.
Base Fabric References
Twill, felt and other base fabrics are matched by color code, texture and patch type before production begins.

Final Inspection and Packing Verification
Finished products are checked for graphic detail, dimensions, edge condition, backing type and overall appearance. Multi-design, multi-color and multi-size orders remain separated during counting and packing.
- Style, color, size and quantity matched to the order breakdown.
- Inner packing, labels, carton marks and carton quantities verified.
- Orders with needle-detection requirements pass through the detector before packing.
