For sublimation patches, Kaishen converts the customer artwork into a printable patch layout, then checks color, print scale, edge shape and backing through sampling. The sample shows whether fine details, shadows and multi-color areas remain clear after transfer and cutting.
Kaishen develops custom shapes, logo patches, illustrated badges, photo-style designs and printed brand graphics from the approved artwork. Border and backing are confirmed together with the printed surface so sewing, heat-seal, Velcro or adhesive attachment does not disturb the final visual effect.
Where Sublimation Patches Are Used
Sublimation patches work for full-color logos, illustrated badges, event patches, souvenir patches, fashion accessories, bags, caps, uniforms and promotional textile products. They are a good fit for artwork with gradients, shading, photographs, cartoon graphics and complex color layouts.
Apparel brands use sublimation patches for graphic patch collections. Event and souvenir programs use them when the badge must match printed artwork closely. Promotional projects use them when one patch design needs more color detail than chenille, woven or embroidered construction can carry.
Sublimation patch production combines artwork preparation, transfer printing, cutting, backing and packing. Kaishen's embroidery, laser cutting, laminating and hot-melt film equipment handles both patch shaping and backing treatment for printed patch orders.
Sample development usually takes about 3-5 days. During this stage, the printed color result, edge shape, backing position and final hand feel are checked before bulk production begins, keeping repeat orders aligned with the approved print sample.
Quality Control
Sublimation patch inspection follows the approved color proof and physical sample. QC checks cover print clarity, color consistency, edge-cut accuracy, pattern alignment, surface marks, heat-transfer stability and backing placement.
Full inspection is carried out before packing by dedicated QC staff, and third-party inspection is accepted for orders that need external review. Finished goods are checked for artwork accuracy, patch size, edge finish, backing method, packing quantity and carton labeling.
