Overview
Established in 2010, KAISHEN makes custom patches, keychains and garment labels with its own embroidery, weaving, sublimation printing, laser cutting, heat processing, finishing and inspection teams. Once the customer approves the sample and production file, those same details go into the bulk run. That keeps the product construction, appearance and order versions from drifting during production.
Embroidery and weaving
Multi-head embroidery machines handle embroidered patches, chenille patches, fabric keychains and other thread-based accessories in repeat production layouts. Each order runs from its approved stitch file, thread combination, product dimensions and border structure.
Woven machines are used for garment labels and woven patches with small text, compact graphics or thinner structures. Before production, the team adjusts the weaving setup around the design density, label dimensions, fold format and cutting method.
Keeping both processes in the factory makes process matching more direct. A raised patch, a fine woven label and a fabric keychain do not need the same route, so KAISHEN assigns them by texture, thickness and detail level.
Printing and laser cutting
Artwork placement and product dimensions are fixed before printing, so the graphic still lines up after cutting.
Laser cutting gives irregular shapes, internal openings and detailed edges a defined outline. The approved cutting path is repeated through the batch, which keeps size and shape consistent.
Printing and cutting work from the same production file. This reduces the chance of the graphic position, outline or finished dimensions changing between the sample and the bulk order.
Running work in parallel
KAISHEN uses multi-head embroidery machines, woven production equipment, sublimation printers, laser cutting, heat processing and manual finishing workstations in the same production system.
Different stages run at the same time. One product may be under embroidery or weaving while another order is being printed, cut, finished or inspected.
Patches, keychains and garment labels therefore stay on the route that fits the product, even when they belong to the same customer order.
Handling several designs in one order
Orders with several designs, colors, sizes or product versions are produced from separate approved files and specifications.
Each version carries its own artwork, dimensions, process, quantity and finishing requirements. Products stay separated during manufacturing, finishing, counting and packing.
This is useful for apparel collections, uniform programs, promotional campaigns and branded merchandise orders where several related products share one order but cannot share one specification.
KAISHEN schedules production by process, order quantity, number of product versions, finishing work and delivery arrangement.
Equipment and workstations are assigned before manufacturing begins. Embroidery, weaving, printing, cutting, finishing and inspection then move through a set sequence.
For large or multi-product orders, the work is divided by process and order version. Production quantities, packing requirements and delivery batches stay connected to the confirmed order plan.
