Customization Capability
Kaishen turns the customer's logo, motif or artwork into a bead placement plan before production. Sampling confirms bead color, bead size, density, pattern layout, base fabric and backing support together, so the finished patch keeps its surface effect without becoming too heavy or unstable for the garment.
For fashion and costume projects, the sample checks how beads sit on curved lines, lettering and small decorative areas. Bulk production then follows the approved sample for bead arrangement, edge finish and backing method, keeping the visible texture consistent across the order.
Where Beaded Patches Are Used
Beaded patches appear on fashion jackets, stage costumes, dancewear, handbags, hats, shoes and accessory collections. They work for boutique merchandise, event apparel and limited-edition designs that need stronger surface detail than ordinary embroidery.
On apparel and accessories, beadwork adds visual weight to logos, emblems, initials, floral artwork and ornamental shapes. The patch may be sewn onto fabric products or combined with a backing method that matches the garment structure and expected wearing position.

Beaded patch production covers artwork conversion, sample proofing, fabric preparation, bead placement, stitching, edge finishing, backing and packing. Kaishen has produced custom garment accessories since 2010 in Guangdong, China, with a production setup that handles both sample runs and bulk order scheduling.
The production process is controlled around the approved sample, especially where bead layout, surface thickness and edge handling affect the final appearance. Packing is planned together with production because raised beadwork needs separation and surface protection after inspection.
Quality Control
Quality control starts from the approved proof and sample standard. Beaded patches are checked for bead fixation, bead color consistency, pattern alignment, loose-bead risk, edge condition, backing position and surface cleanliness before packing.
For bulk orders, dedicated QC staff carry out full inspection before packing. Raised beadwork is separated or protected during packing so pieces do not rub, press or damage each other during storage and export shipping. Third-party inspection is accepted when the order requires an external check.
