Key Features
Separated Chenille and Sequin Areas
Acrylic or cotton chenille forms the raised base while 3-7 mm polyester/PET sequins are assigned to separate highlight areas in the artwork. On varsity letters, dance costumes, and stage garments viewed under movement and directional light, the reflective sections remain visible without covering the soft pile or reducing the readability of the main design.

Controlled Reflection Across a Batch
Sequins can be arranged flat, cupped, in a fixed direction, or in mixed-color layouts, with a typical finished thickness of approximately 3-5 mm. For cheer teams, performance groups, and fashion collections requiring multiple matching pieces, locking the sequin direction during sampling keeps the light response and surface pattern more consistent across the order.

One Front Design, Multiple Backings
The same mixed-texture front can be finished with sew-on, iron-on, adhesive, hook-and-loop, pin, or plain backing. Buyers developing related garment, bag, event, and retail SKUs can retain the approved chenille-and-sequin artwork while changing only the attachment method, reducing redesign work between product lines.

Quality Control
QC checks the separation between chenille and sequin areas, sequin alignment, loose beads or sequins, border stitching, color contrast, back finish and final shape. Finished patches are inspected against the approved artwork so the reflective decoration, raised yarn area and edge outline remain consistent across the order.
