Protected Adhesive Before Application

The pressure-sensitive layer is covered by a paper or film release liner and can retain a typical pre-application shelf life of up to 12 months at room temperature. During private-label packing, warehouse storage, and retail distribution, the liner keeps dust and handling contact away from the adhesive until the customer is ready to place the patch.

Full-Surface Bond on Display Materials

Firm manual pressure across the complete back, followed by an approximately 24-hour cure period, allows the adhesive to contact a clean, dry, smooth surface evenly. On coated cards, gift boxes, stationery, and indoor display panels, this reduces early corner lift during packing, handling, and short-term presentation.

Defined Use Limits Reduce Returns

The backing is intended for smooth hard surfaces and is not recommended for oily, silicone-treated, rough, outdoor, or washable applications. For European and North American retail programs, stating these limits on product cards or instructions helps prevent the patch from being used on unsuitable garments and reduces avoidable adhesion complaints.
