Key Features
Repeatable Heat-Press Window
The full-coverage hot-melt backing is designed for a typical application range of 150-160°C, 15-20 seconds, and approximately 3-4 bar of pressure. On cotton, polyester, and blended teamwear production lines, this defined window reduces operator-to-operator variation and allows repeated batches to be attached without a separate edge-sewing step.

Legible Graphics on Heavy Fabrics
A finished thickness of about 3 mm, minimum character height of 30 mm, and minimum line width of 3 mm keep chenille letters and mascots clearly separated from textured garment surfaces. On varsity jackets, fleece-backed hoodies, and heavyweight uniforms, the raised construction prevents large graphics from visually sinking into the base fabric.

Edge Retention Through Washing
Merrowed, embroidered, satin, felt, or laser-cut edges can be selected with a typical border width of about 3-4 mm. During garment handling and up to 25 domestic cold-wash cycles, the reinforced perimeter contains yarn ends and limits edge distortion, helping chest and jacket-back patches retain a cleaner outline.

Quality Control
KaiShen checks chenille pile density, yarn coverage, embroidered border shape, hot-melt backing coverage, and finished patch edges through raw-material, production, and finished-goods inspection. Heat-press patch orders receive backing adhesion checks, surface cleanliness checks, trimming checks, color matching, and full inspection before packing, so bulk garment production receives patches with consistent shape, color, and back-side finish.
