A flexible PVC or PET support sheet with a typical thickness of 0.3-1.0 mm reinforces the back of 50-150 mm beaded motifs. When dense or irregular pieces are stacked in cartons, mounted on display cards, or moved through overseas distribution, the supported structure limits curling, folding, and sagging around narrow points.

Covered Threads for Cleaner Assembly

The plastic layer can cover the full rear surface or follow the finished outline, enclosing bead stitches and thread ends behind the decorative front. During sewing, pin installation, adhesive mounting, or bag-panel assembly, the flatter contact surface reduces snagging against linings, packaging, and adjacent components.
