Use details
Tight weaving keeps small lettering, size marks and care symbols clear on neck labels and side-seam labels, so garment information remains readable even on compact labels.

The smooth, low-profile surface lies flat against the garment in skin-contact positions, reducing the bulk created by raised badges or thick sewn labels.

Controlled cutting and folding produce consistent sewing edges for garment production lines, so labels align evenly across repeated styles and size runs.

Factory checks
Inspection covers small-text legibility, yarn color matching, edge fraying, fold accuracy, label size, surface cleanliness and batch consistency. Wash and rub checks are used for garment-label orders so the woven text and color remain stable through normal garment handling.
Questions before ordering
Q: What artwork produces the clearest woven result?
A: Vector artwork with solid color areas, clean lettering and separated design elements produces the most accurate weave conversion.
Q: Can gradients or photographic details be woven?
A: Continuous gradients and photographic shading are converted into simplified color blocks because woven yarn cannot reproduce pixel-level tonal transitions.
Q: Which fold keeps cut ends away from the skin?
A: Center-fold and end-fold constructions place the cut ends inside a seam, which works better for neck and other skin-contact positions.
Q: How are repeat-order colors matched?
A: Pantone references, the approved artwork and the approved production sample are used together to control yarn colors on repeat orders.
