Use details
A 2-3 mm polyester felt body combines softness with enough structure to hold a cut outline. If the keychain is carried beside phones, cards, coated bag panels, or children's accessories, the felt avoids hard contact marks while resisting the folding seen in thinner fabric tags.
Polyester embroidery supports 6 mm text and 1 mm line work on the felt surface. For small souvenir icons, seasonal graphics, and club logos viewed at arm's length, letters and border lines stay separated instead of sinking into the soft base material.
An 8 mm metal eyelet connects the felt body to a 25 mm or 30 mm split ring. With repeated pulling from bags, display hooks, and key holders, the eyelet prevents the ring edge from sawing directly through the felt and keeps the attachment point aligned.

Before packing, final inspection checks flatness, reverse-side cleanliness, eyelet security, ring attachment, and batch consistency.
