The looped face is supported by 1.5-3.0 mm high-density felt. If the keychain is compressed in pockets, handled repeatedly at retail counters, or moved against other items in a bag, the felt stabilizes the outline and reduces curling or collapse of the soft yarn surface.
An 8 mm reinforced grommet connects the felt body to a 25 mm or 30 mm split ring. Under repeated pulling from bag zippers and key hooks, the grommet redirects force away from the loop stitches, reducing torn attachment holes and loose yarn around the ring area.

A: Production takes 7-8 days for 100 pieces, 12-15 days for 100-500 pieces, 15-18 days for 500-1000 pieces, and about 20 days for 1000-5000 pieces.
Q: How are the raised surfaces protected during shipment?
A: The keychains are packed without heavy compression so the loop surface and felt outline are protected inside the export carton.
Q: Will the loop surface flatten after compression?
A: Temporary compression may occur, but light brushing restores most of the raised loop surface.
Q: Can very small lettering be made with towel embroidery?
A: Very small lettering is enlarged, simplified, or changed to flat embroidery so it remains readable.
