Factory checks
Inspection checks 3D height consistency, edge definition, color matching, surface marks and label flexibility. Heat-transfer labels are checked for carrier-film alignment, adhesion and wash/stretch behavior on sample fabric. Sew-on labels are checked for flatness, border shape and sewing allowance.
Questions before ordering
Q: Can narrow lettering use a full 3D effect?
A: Narrow lettering is normally produced with lower relief because excessive height can make thin edges unstable and reduce readability.
Q: How are sharp corners handled in a 3D design?
A: Sharp corners are given a small radius or reduced relief so the silicone fills the mold cleanly and releases without damaged edges.
Q: What happens when different color areas are too close?
A: Insufficient spacing can cause color boundaries to merge, so the artwork must maintain a clear gap between molded color sections.
Q: Can the mold be changed after sample approval?
A: Changes to dimensions, relief depth or major logo geometry require mold revision and a new sample confirmation.
