Mold detail, logo height, color matching, edge burrs and flexibility are checked against the approved artwork and sample. Heat-transfer versions are pressed on sample fabric to check film alignment, edge lifting and bond strength. Sew-on versions are checked for border allowance, flatness and sewing-position accuracy before packing.

A: Sew-on construction is used for thick, coated, heat-sensitive or assembled products that cannot be placed evenly in a heat press.

Q: How are very small color-filled details handled?
