Product Description
We produce tagless silicone clothing labels to serve as a skin-friendly internal identification label for apparel. Compared to traditional sewn clothing tags, it is much more skin-friendly, and our tagless silicone clothing labels bond directly into the garment weave to form a flat, non-abrasive surface. The labels are constructed from liquid silicone combined with an elastic TPU hot-melt adhesive backing. This flexible structure allows the tagless silicone clothing labels to stretch and contract with knitted and woven textiles without cracking or peeling.
These tagless silicone clothing labels are designed specifically for apparel categories that demand high tactile comfort, such as underwear, infant garments, and sportswear. The liquid silicone surface provides a smooth texture, while automated printing techniques ensure small typography and care symbols remain clearly legible after repeated laundering. Bonding can be completed using standard heat transfer machinery set at 150°C to 170°C for 8 to 15 seconds.
