Use details
The transferred label removes the raised seam of a sewn tag in neck and underwear positions, creating a smoother surface against the skin.
Flexible silicone follows the movement of stretch fabrics in activewear and base layers, so the label stays aligned without cracking around curved garment areas.
Carrier-sheet application places brand, size and care information directly onto finished garment panels, giving production lines a consistent label position without separate tag sewing.

Questions before ordering
Q: Is the actual garment fabric needed for sampling?
A: The production fabric is needed when possible because fiber content, stretch, coatings and surface texture can change the required transfer setting.
Q: What causes a tagless label edge to lift?
A: Edge lifting usually results from insufficient heat or pressure, surface treatments, moisture or stretching the garment before the transfer has cooled.
Q: Can a tagless label be applied over a seam?
A: A flat fabric area is required for even pressure; seams and raised stitching can leave gaps under the label.
Q: How is skin-contact comfort checked?
A: The sample is reviewed for finished thickness, smooth edges, surface texture and any raised detail that could be felt against the skin.
