Use details
Heat-activated backing attaches logo patches with a household iron or heat press, shortening application work for teamwear, merchandise and small garment batches.
Dense embroidery keeps lettering, outlines and filled logo areas visible on denim, uniforms and caps, giving the applied mark a defined stitched surface.

Finished borders control the outline of emblems and custom shapes, reducing loose edges when garments are folded, packed or displayed.
Consistent hot-melt film coverage supports repeat heat-press application across bulk apparel orders, keeping patches bonded in the same position and condition.

Factory checks
Logo iron-on patches are inspected for thread density, logo detail, hot-melt film coverage, backing alignment, edge trimming, patch flatness, bond sample performance, and color consistency. Finished patches are checked before packing so bulk orders keep the same logo shape, border finish, and heat-transfer backing condition.
Questions before ordering
Q: When is additional sewing recommended?
A: Additional sewing is recommended for thick bags, high-wear workwear, industrially washed garments and areas exposed to repeated pulling.
Q: Can an iron-on patch be removed cleanly?
A: Removal normally requires reheating and can leave adhesive residue or change the garment surface, so placement should be confirmed before application.
Q: How should a large patch be pressed?
A: A heat press that covers the full patch is preferred because section-by-section ironing can create uneven bonding and visible pressure lines.
Q: What causes hot-melt adhesive to seep around the edge?
A: Excessive temperature, pressure or pressing time can over-melt the film and push adhesive beyond the patch outline.
