Use details
Stitched attachment secures the patch around its edge on workwear, uniforms and bags, providing a stable fixing method for garments exposed to repeated handling.

Without heat-activated adhesive, the patch works on heat-sensitive, coated or thick materials that do not fit heat pressing.

Merrowed, satin-stitched or cut edges hold the patch shape during machine sewing, so garment factories can attach badges with clean outlines and limited fraying.

Factory checks
Inspection covers stitch density, loose-thread trimming, border shape, color matching, patch flatness and sewing-edge allowance. Finished patches are checked against the approved artwork and sample so garment factories receive consistent shapes, clean edges and ready-to-sew backs.
Questions before ordering
Q: Which edge finish is best for an irregular patch shape?
A: Satin-stitched or laser-cut edges follow narrow points and complex outlines more accurately than a merrowed border.
Q: Where should the sewing line be placed?
A: The stitch line should stay inside the prepared border or sewing allowance so it does not cut through the visible embroidery.
Q: How is puckering prevented during sewing?
A: The patch should be held flat, stabilized if necessary and stitched with even tension around the perimeter.
Q: Can a sew-on patch be removed and reused?
A: It may be reused when the border and backing remain intact after the original stitches are carefully removed.
