Use details
Peel-and-stick application allows patches to be placed quickly on packaging, displays and event materials, reducing setup work when sewing or heat equipment is unavailable.
The removable liner protects the adhesive surface during shipping and sorting, keeping each patch clean until it is pressed into position.

The embroidered face gives promotional graphics and brand marks a textured appearance on retail and gift projects, creating more surface depth than a printed sticker.

Controlled cutting and border finishing keep curved logos and custom outlines consistent across mixed-design orders, improving presentation in retail sets and campaign materials.

Factory checks

Before packing, the inspection covers adhesive coverage, liner peeling, patch flatness, thread density, color matching, loose thread trimming, edge cleanliness, packing count, and visible logo clarity.
Questions before ordering
Q: Which surfaces reduce adhesive performance?
A: Dusty, oily, heavily textured, silicone-coated or water-repellent surfaces prevent full contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Q: Can an adhesive patch be repositioned?
A: Repositioning is not recommended because removing the patch can contaminate or stretch the adhesive layer and reduce the second bond.
Q: Can an adhesive patch be used on a curved surface?
A: Gentle curves can work when the entire backing remains in contact, but tight curves and flexible folds can cause the edges to lift.
Q: Will the adhesive leave residue?
A: Residue depends on the surface, application time, temperature and adhesive type, so sensitive finishes should be tested before use.
